There is nothing I love more than working with a client to create a bespoke piece for them to wear on their special day.
You can book an in person appointment with me, or we can work remotely which a lot of my work is. We start with a discussion or video call where we talk about what you envisage, your planned outfit and any ideas and budgets that you have. It is helpful to see accessories as well such as bags, shoes and jewellery.
I can send you colour swatches if working remotely for you to approve.
Once I am creating your bespoke piece, I will send you updates and images for you to see its progress.
Lead Time
All hats are made to order and I try to work with 4 weeks as standard, and in the busy months of May and June this increases to 6 weeks.
Please contact us if you require a hat sooner, we always try our best to accomodate tight deadlines.
All hats can be made in custom colours to match your outfit. Please contact Lucy in order to discuss colour options. Please note if your piece requires dye work, there is an additional charge of £80 per hat.
Delivery
Lucy Brice Millinery delivers via Royal Mail special delivery.
UK shipping is charged at £8 per item.
Returns
Unfortunately, as the hats are all bespoke and made to order, we are unable to offer a returns policy.
Baker Boy hats can be returned if unworn, at the cost of the customer.
